**RocketRide Food Delivery Refund Policy**

**1. Refund Eligibility:**

- **Order Cancellation:** If you cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
- **Delivery Issues:** If your order is incorrect, missing items, or significantly delayed beyond our standard delivery time, you may request a refund or credit. 
- **Quality Issues:** If the food quality does not meet acceptable standards, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery for a potential refund.

**2. How to Request a Refund:**

- **Via App:** Go to the "Orders" section, select the order in question, and choose "Request Refund." Follow the prompts to submit your request.

**3. Refund Process:**

- **Approval:** Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our team. You will receive a notification about the status of your request.
- **Processing Time:** Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

**4. Non-Refundable Situations:**

- **Late Requests:** Refund requests made more than 30 minutes after delivery may not be processed.
- **Order Changes:** Refunds are not provided for changes to the order once it has been placed.
- **Customer Error:** Refunds will not be issued for orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

- **Credit or Voucher:** In some cases, RocketRide may offer a credit or voucher for future orders instead of a monetary refund.
